Food Vendors

We hope that you will be a part of the 2023 Jefferson County Fair.  This year’s dates will be Wednesday, June 21st through June 25th.

The vendor fee is $50 plus 10% of gross receipts over $500.  Vendors are to be set up and open by 5 pm on Wednesday, June 21st.

If you are a returning vendor, you will be assigned your previous location upon receipt of your application by May 1at.  After May 1st, applications will be dated the day they are received and assigned a location that is available.  The deadline for submitting an application is May 15th.  Unless you are notified, you will have a space.  Vendor applications received after May 15th, will be charged a $10 late fee in addition to the vendor fee.

If you are interested in being a vendor at the 2023 Jefferson County Fair, please pre-register by emailing [email protected] and then fill out the application, enclose a check (payable to the Greater Jefferson County Fair) and return to:

We hope that you will be a part of the 2022 Jefferson County Fair.  This year’s dates will be Wednesday, June 21st through Sunday, June 25th.

Booth rent is $50 for a single space (approximately 8’ x 10’) and includes one 8’ table per space.  Please indicate the number of spaces you would like on the enclosed application.  Booths are to be set up and open by 5 pm on Wednesday, June 21st.  Booths are to be open from 5 to 9 pm, Wednesday, 1 to 9 pm Thursday through Saturday, and 1 to 5 pm Sunday.

If you are a returning exhibitor, you will be assigned your previous booth location upon receipt of your application by May 1st.  After May 1st, applications will be dated the day they are received and assigned spaces that are available.  The deadline for submitting an application is May 15th.  Unless you are notified, you will have a booth space.  Exhibitor applications received after May 15th, will be charged a $10 late fee in addition to the booth rental.

The exhibit building will be open for setup Tuesday, June 20th  from 6 to 8 pm and Wednesday, June 21st  starting at 9 am until 5 pm when the building is open to the public.
